The Code Zone is looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join their onboarding team remotely. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy gaming, technology, and helping others. The core mission is to inspire children and their parents to explore coding through engaging online clubs that use game-making and creative projects.

The Code Zone operates coding clubs for children aged 6 to 16. As an award-winning edtech organization, it provides fun, dynamic learning experiences through online clubs with over 1,000 members weekly, as well as local clubs in parts of the UK including Essex and Cambridgeshire. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound communications with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding children and their parents into the Game Development clubs.
  • Provide technical support for pre-session platform issues to ensure smooth access.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the online platform, including responding to children's messages.
  • Occasionally lead live online club sessions when required.
