Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the Collective organization to support project coordination, interdepartmental communication, campaign execution, presentation preparation, and daily operational activities.
- Manage and synchronize cross-functional projects involving teams such as Advertising, Creator Strategy, Owned & Operated Network, Creative, Commerce, CRM, Digital, and Marketing to ensure campaigns remain organized, aligned with brand standards, achieve KPIs, adhere to timelines, and meet rollout objectives.
- Assist in planning campaigns, organizing promotional assets, managing creator-driven campaigns, overseeing content network schedules, and reporting on various initiatives within the REPUBLIC Collective’s labels and artist roster.
- Work in partnership with UMusic Shop, internal direct-to-consumer units, and label marketing teams to facilitate artist merchandise activations, exclusive launches, limited-edition campaigns, fan engagement initiatives, and oversee all REPUBLIC Label Collective merchandise offered through UMusic Shop.
- Coordinate integrated, cross-platform marketing programs that merge creator campaigns, paid media, owned content, CRM initiatives, merchandise, and artist efforts to create cohesive fan experiences.
- Prepare accurate presentations, campaign summaries, performance analyses, and executive-ready materials leveraging data collected across departments.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, key milestones, budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and workflow processes to ensure streamlined campaign execution.
- Arrange meetings with internal stakeholders, external agencies, creator collaborators, vendors, and diverse teams, managing follow-ups and tracking action items.
- Organize shared resources including project trackers and documentation to enhance cooperation and knowledge sharing within the Strategy department.
- Conduct research on emerging digital platforms, evolving creator trends, fan behaviors, advertising innovations, and new technologies to identify opportunities for artist expansion.
- Support logistics and execution of team meetings, creative brainstorms, offsite events, artist activations, and special projects as organizational demands evolve.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, project coordination, digital media, content creation, preferably within the music industry or a social media agency.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management abilities to balance multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment that involves shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.
- Ability to utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT effectively.
- Experience with project management software like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for campaign performance, audience insights, and trends in digital marketing.
- Passion for music, social media, creator culture, eCommerce, and new technology trends.
- Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and eagerness to grow within a collaborative team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered base salary ranges between $40,520 and $50,000 depending upon qualifications, relevant experience, special skills, education, certifications, and candidate location.
