Cleaner - Cornerstone Apartments

Role Overview

As a Cleaner at Cornerstone Apartments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the wellness and comfort of tenants by ensuring clean and pleasant shared environments. Your meticulous attention to detail will contribute significantly to creating welcoming spaces and overall tenant satisfaction.

Key Contributions

• Keep entrances and hallways clean and well-maintained
• Conduct thorough month-end cleaning including appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting fixtures, bathrooms, and cupboards
• Provide cleaning estimates during pre-move out and annual inspections
• Assist with general upkeep of the building’s exterior areas
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with different types of cleaning products and their applications
• Basic proficiency with computers
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel between different site locations as required
