Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate the execution of customer and channel strategies by analyzing relevant data, coordinating efforts, and providing active field support.
- Assist in evaluating sales results, monitoring market trends, and interpreting customer information to inform strategic business decisions.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of in-store activities, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales for seamless plan execution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales and stock levels through dashboards and basic analytics.
- Engage in field visits, store audits, and internal meetings to better understand market conditions and client operations.
- Support forecasting, planning activities, and contribute to special projects relevant to Customer Development.
- Manage administrative duties and coordination tasks essential for the daily functioning of the Customer Development team.
- Maintain and nurture business relationships with the Saudi Arabia distributor, ensuring monthly targets are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related disciplines.
- A strong enthusiasm for sales, customer development, or commercial functions within the FMCG sector.
- A proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.
- Preferred: 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience in similar roles.
