Job Summary

The primary role of a Cake Decorator is to craft high-quality bakery items while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at the service counter. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and adhering strictly to food safety protocols to ensure product and customer safety.

Compensation Details

• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $30, with actual wages equal to or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Conditional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour are awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or the nature of tasks performed; multiple premiums might apply simultaneously.

This is a full-time or part-time role, with available shifts during the opening hours and morning periods.
