Overview

This contract role is for a Business Operations Analyst working remotely within PST or CST time zones, expected to last approximately 6 months. The position centers on building operational documentation and supporting various operational improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, IT, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis, documentation, or project coordination, preferably within SaaS or operational settings.
Proven ability to create training videos, guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Excellent written communication and organizational capabilities.
Familiarity with Salesforce or Slack platforms is an advantage, especially relating to AI tools.

Role Summary

This position is a hybrid of Business Analyst and Application Analyst responsibilities, primarily focusing on business analysis activities.

Typical Duties

Develop detailed operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and process documents.
Create enablement resources and training materials aimed at operational teams.
Formulate project plans and monitor key milestones for rollout initiatives.
Drive short-term operational projects and contribute to continual process enhancements.

Additional Details

Work is fully remote with a contract duration of six months, based in PST or CST time zones.
