Business Excellence Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Excellence Manager to spearhead operational excellence initiatives and sustain continuous improvement efforts across our Group. This role focuses on elevating quality management systems and fostering a culture of efficiency and customer satisfaction aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Group's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, EFQM frameworks, and organizational goals.
• Create and harmonize quality policies, procedures, and manuals to standardize practices across all organizational units.
• Champion business excellence models, spearhead performance enhancement programs, and optimize operational processes.
• Establish and track key performance indicators and adopt best practices to improve efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, international quality standards, and internal policies.
• Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies, certification organizations, and external auditors to uphold certification and compliance requirements.
• Oversee the monitoring of QMS effectiveness through internal audits and manage corrective and preventive action plans.
• Compile and present management reports detailing trends in performance, audit results, and areas for improvement.
• Organize and lead Management Review meetings, communicating quality metrics and advancement strategies.
• Work collaboratively with departmental leaders to synchronize quality objectives with the overall business mission.
• Drive the promotion of quality awareness and embed a continuous improvement mindset throughout the Group.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; possession of a master's degree is advantageous.
• An extensive professional background with 8–10 years in quality management, business excellence, or continuous improvement positions, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards, EFQM excellence model, audit techniques, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
