Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Expert for a contract-based, remote position offering compensation between $80 and $150 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop precise and task-specific grading standards for marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign ideas, and brand positioning frameworks.
• Evaluate samples produced by AI and humans according to defined criteria and provide detailed written explanations supporting each score.
• Ensure that scoring is consistent, evidence-based, reproducible, and defensible.
• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and promptly iterate upon your work.
• Manage tasks independently on an asynchronous schedule to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in marketing or advertising.
• Proven expertise as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at leading global creative agencies or senior brand marketing roles in top consumer firms.
• Strong proficiency in authoring and assessing creative briefs, campaign strategy, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is advantageous.
