Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Recruiter based in the Phoenix area to support high-volume hiring activities within janitorial and operations roles. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this position will initially focus on recruitment for a single account during the first 90 days before expanding to broader recruiting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and conduct interviews with candidates via phone, virtual platforms, and in person.
  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements while coordinating interview schedules with Operations Managers.
  • Conduct onboarding activities including new hire orientation in both English and Spanish through the Paychex system.
  • Maintain detailed recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, retention rates, and tracking no-shows.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
  • Travel locally to various job sites and hiring events as required.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or high-volume customer service roles.
  • Competency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screening.

Physical and Scheduling Demands

  • Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
