Role overview
This is a hands-on opportunity to join a major self-storage operator in New Zealand. The business has recently added 13 new sites across the Auckland region and is looking for team members who can help build on that momentum with strong support from the wider organisation.

What the role involves
The assistant centre manager will help maintain the success of the site while supporting its future growth. The role is active and varied, and suits someone who prefers being on their feet and working across different tasks throughout the day.
Candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you should bring sales experience, strong customer-facing skills and a genuine interest in helping people. A steady work background, a proactive mindset and the ability to stay constructive and self-directed are important.
The role requires comfort with a fourteen-day roster and includes rostered weekend work. You should also be able to work independently when needed while still contributing as a reliable team member.
