Job description
Role Overview
This permanent full-time position involves delivering comprehensive administrative and resource management support to the Manager overseeing Adult Community Corrections Centres. Key duties include budget preparation in coordination with the Manager, expenditure tracking, overseeing a wide scope of human, financial, and physical resources, and ensuring compliance with documentation, records, and information technology standards. The officer will also provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to Clerical Officers stationed at various centres.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to qualify for permanent roles within the Western Australian Public Sector. A valid Driver’s License is also a mandatory requirement for successful candidates.
