Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Accounts Payable Reconciliation Associate to become part of our finance department. The role focuses on ensuring precise reconciliation, processing, and documentation of accounts payable transactions.   • Identify opportunities for improving processes and participate in implementing solutions to boost efficiency and accuracy within accounts payable functions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in accounts payable or reconciliation roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and SAP software.
  • Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good problem-solving aptitude to effectively resolve discrepancies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience with ERP platforms, particularly SAP, along with strong analytical knowledge and reconciliation expertise.
