Internship Overview
This internship offers practical experience in the Human Resources domain, focusing on recruitment and employee onboarding activities. The intern will engage in various day-to-day HR responsibilities to support the company's talent acquisition and management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential candidates through various job portals and social media channels.
- Arrange interviews and ensure accurate maintenance of candidate databases.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls with applicants.
- Publish job advertisements and oversee application management.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment phases.
- Assist in onboarding processes and joining formalities for new hires.
- Update recruitment trackers and prepare daily hiring status reports.
- Provide support to the HR Manager with any other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
Applicant Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time in-office internship based in Mumbai, preferably near the Marol area.
- Ability to begin the internship between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
- Commitment to the full duration of the three-month internship.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English communication.

Compensation and Benefits
