About the internship
About This Internship
You will assist in enhancing HR processes focused on job architecture, position management, and associated functions. Your tasks include reviewing and documenting job roles, classifications, grades, and job families. Help align job roles with proper career levels and groups, and support position code mapping, validation, and consolidation across various HR databases.
Identify discrepancies, missing data, or duplication in job-related information and maintain precise HR master records, trackers, and procedural documents. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect, verify, and merge job and position data. Promote the standardization of HR processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
Create reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor ongoing progress and flag key concerns. Provide continuous analytical and coordination assistance for HR transformation and process improvement endeavors.
Candidate Eligibility
- Only applicants from Mumbai can apply.
- Must be available for a full-time internship conducted onsite.
- Internship start date between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
- Internship duration should be 6 months.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills, interests and either be in their second year of MBA (2027 passout) or have completed an MBA (2026 passout).
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹25,000 as well as a certificate upon completion.
