About the Role
We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Travel Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team at Thetravelgarh. Candidates should possess strong communication skills along with a genuine interest in travel and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate tour packages.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed travel bookings.
- Develop travel quotations and detailed itineraries.
- Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring excellent service quality.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade or graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Prior experience in sales or travel industry preferred but freshers are also welcome.
- A positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
