Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Travel Sales Executives to become part of our expanding team at Thetravelgarh. Candidates should possess strong communication skills along with a genuine interest in travel and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate tour packages.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed travel bookings.
• Develop travel quotations and detailed itineraries.
• Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and other service vendors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring excellent service quality.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or graduation preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Prior experience in sales or travel industry preferred but freshers are also welcome.
• A positive attitude coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
