Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams. This position requires combining robust project management skills with a deep understanding of technical delivery to navigate projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and defined objectives.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and timely delivery.
• Drive planning processes including prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout project phases.
• Prepare comprehensive project updates, status reports, and governance documents.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies, escalating as necessary.
• Monitor key project performance indicators and contribute to process improvements.
• Advocate and implement best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within a technology or software-related setting.
• Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks and software development life cycles.
• Practical experience operating in Agile environments, specifically within Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in using Jira and other project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities amidst competing deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational acumen and problem-solving capability.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of additional languages, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with emerging tech trends and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Background in client-facing roles, consulting, or service delivery environments.
