Position Overview

Our client is looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams. This position requires combining robust project management skills with a deep understanding of technical delivery to navigate projects from initiation to completion in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and defined objectives.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and timely delivery.
Drive planning processes including prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout project phases.
Prepare comprehensive project updates, status reports, and governance documents.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies, escalating as necessary.
Monitor key project performance indicators and contribute to process improvements.
Advocate and implement best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in project management within a technology or software-related setting.
Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks and software development life cycles.
Practical experience operating in Agile environments, specifically within Scrum frameworks.
Proficiency in using Jira and other project tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities amidst competing deadlines effectively.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong communication abilities.
Excellent organizational acumen and problem-solving capability.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of additional languages, especially Spanish or Portuguese.
Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.
Familiarity with emerging tech trends and AI-driven productivity tools.
Background in client-facing roles, consulting, or service delivery environments.
