About the Company
Reliable Enterprises India Private Limited is hiring a Software Developer specializing in Garment ERP solutions at their Ludhiana location in the IT / ERP department.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
This position involves overseeing multiple ERP modules including BOM, Production, Inventory, Purchase, Stock, and Subcontracting. The developer will be tasked with creating reports, MIS dashboards, and database solutions while working extensively with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs. Integration of the ERP system with Excel, Google Sheets, and various applications is a key responsibility. The candidate must handle troubleshooting of ERP and related software issues, provide user support, ensure data security, manage user permissions, and conduct regular backups. Additional duties include testing, debugging, deployment, automation of manual tasks, and boosting ERP efficiency. Coordination with multiple departments such as Production, Store, Purchase, Merchandising, Accounts, HR, and Management is essential.
Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Experience
Candidates should hold a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or a graduate degree in IT or Computer Science, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Male candidates are preferred, and there is one vacancy available.
Skills and Technologies Required
- Strong knowledge of ERPNext or Odoo platforms
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and the Frappe framework
- Expertise in SQL and database management
- Experience with API integration
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting
- Capability in ERP customization and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of garment or textile manufacturing processes
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with direct experience in garment, textile, or manufacturing ERP implementations, particularly those who have managed end-to-end ERP deployment in manufacturing settings, will be given preference.
