Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced WebMethods Developer with proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) to architect, develop, and sustain enterprise integration and BPM solutions. The candidate will work hands-on with Software AG’s WebMethods Suite, focusing on process automation, API integrations, and enterprise application connectivity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the WebMethods platform.
• Build and support integrations employing WebMethods Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging.
• Create and implement business process models and workflows with WebMethods BPM.
• Develop process models, workflows, and business rules aligned with business needs.
• Design and consume RESTful and SOAP web services for seamless communication.
• Integrate WebMethods with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and other third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize integration and BPM-based solutions for performance.
• Engage in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
• Provide production support, ensuring resolution of critical issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise with the Software AG WebMethods Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Server (IS), WebMethods Designer, Trading Networks (TN), Universal Messaging (UM), My WebMethods Server (MWS), and API Gateway.
• Experience developing with WebMethods BPM and workflow automation.
• Proficient in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web services standards.
• Knowledge of messaging systems and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
• Ability to perform deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
