About Veolia
Veolia is seeking a motivated Site Clerk to join the Resource Recovery team at the Ti Tree facility located in Willowbank 4306, Queensland. This role focuses on the operation of the weighbridge to ensure precise and prompt waste acceptance management while delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with customers and drivers by addressing inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate weighbridges accurately to accept waste from account customers, verifying correct dockets
- Ensure proper completion of Tracking Forms or Manifests prior to site entry
- Provide exemplary customer service in-person and via phone
- Perform general administrative duties including telephone handling and data entry
- Support daily driver debriefing sessions
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, high-pressure setting with frequent priority changes
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Certificate III in Business Administration preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to learn new systems and administrative processes
- Experience in the waste management industry is advantageous
- Weighbridge operation experience or similar is desirable
- Strong numeracy skills, effective verbal and written communication, and meticulous record-keeping abilities
- Experience with Mandalay and container shipping is a plus
