- Support service reviews, documentation, and governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service performance and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with Finance, service owners, and leadership to link services, costs, and value.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have experience in service management, service delivery, product management, business improvement, or customer-focused operational roles, preferably within large, complex organisations, shared services, technology, or customer-centric businesses. Key experience includes:
- Developing, managing, or enhancing service catalogues, portfolios, or product/service offerings.
- Working across multiple teams to define services, accountability, and ownership.
