Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Business Analysis or Product Management to manage strategic projects from inception through to execution and automation. This role demands excellent project management capabilities combined with analytical skills to enhance both team workflows and company-wide processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects concurrently across various departments, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle including planning, designing solutions, budgeting, allocating resources, and managing risks
- Evaluate workflows and business processes to discover inefficiencies and translate these into clear business requirements
- Implement process enhancements through process modeling, data analysis, and identifying gaps
- Lead organizational change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions and securing stakeholder support
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate systems, processes, and technological solutions
- Maintain stakeholder alignment via requirements gathering, progress communications, and managing expectations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management
- Professional background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Documented success in refining business processes and integrating changes into products or operations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams that include both business and technical members
- English language proficiency at upper-intermediate or advanced level
- Preferred: practical experience in applying AI technologies to products or processes with measurable outcomes
- Preferred: familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt
