Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily security operations across the hotel premises to ensure safety and compliance.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols throughout the facility.
- Perform consistent security patrols to detect and mitigate potential threats or risks.
- Design and apply crisis management strategies and emergency response plans.
- Collaborate with local authorities, emergency responders, and key stakeholders during critical situations.
- Organize regular training and drills for the security staff to maintain high levels of readiness.
- Operate CCTV and other surveillance technologies to monitor the hotel grounds effectively.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all security-related events and activities.
- Oversee access control systems ensuring secure entry points and authorized access.
- Manage issuance and monitoring of access cards for employees, tenants, and approved visitors.
- Evaluate and approve necessary work permits, including hot work, impairment, and working at height permits, ensuring adherence to safety and security standards.
- Work in partnership with internal departments, tenants, and external collaborators to continuously improve the hotel's security measures.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in security operations is considered beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving aptitude.
