Job Overview

As a Reservation Agent at InterContinental Jeddah, you will be responsible for efficiently managing hotel room bookings and guest inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process new room reservations, modifications, and cancellations received through phone and email.
• Provide detailed information to guests about rates, promotions, amenities, and hotel policies, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Actively promote special packages, room upgrades, and additional hotel services to increase revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the front office and other hotel departments to facilitate smooth guest check-in experiences.
