About the Role

Join a leading global FMCG company renowned for some of the world's most trusted brands. We are recruiting Production Operators for our Regency Park site, under The Smith’s Snackfood Company. This role offers permanent full-time employment with flexible shift options across days, afternoons, and nights, enabling you to select a schedule that complements your lifestyle.

Shift Options

  • Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 2:20 pm – 10:20 pm, Friday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Night Shift: Sunday midnight – 6:00 am Monday; Monday to Friday 10:10 pm – 6:10 am

Primary Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery to maintain continuous product flow (Packaging Machine Operator)
  • Conduct accurate flavor testing to ensure product quality meets standards (Process Operator)
  • Manage production lines including equipment calibration and monitoring
  • Complete and maintain accurate production records
  • Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties within the work area
  • Adhere to quality assurance protocols and complete required quality checks

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
