Position Summary
The Operator Plant role involves managing the smooth operation of a designated production line, ensuring process parameters and product quality are consistently met. The operator plays a vital role in maintaining production flow while supporting team and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain uninterrupted operation of the assigned production line.
- Perform quality inspections at multiple production stages to ensure standards are met.
- Monitor and uphold critical process parameters during operation.
- Assist in achieving management targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Engage actively in safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Bachelor of Science degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- Have between 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Warangal, Telangana.
