Role Overview

The Housekeeping Associate role at Fairfield by Marriott Lucknow is a full-time, onsite position. The primary responsibility is to uphold superior cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces through dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and restocking amenities. The associate prepares rooms ahead of guest arrival, ensuring fresh linens and towels are in place, and promptly reports maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant departments. Courteous interaction with guests and responding efficiently to housekeeping requests are essential. Additional duties include assisting with laundry activities and adhering strictly to brand standards and health and safety guidelines. Collaboration with the wider hotel team is key to providing a seamless guest experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient cleaning capabilities, including handling and organizing linens and guest garments.
