Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Shift Lead in London, Ontario to deliver professional frontline security services during night shifts. This role suits individuals with excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and experience in mobile security.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mobile patrols across specified locations such as parking lots and property grounds to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
- Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, respond promptly to security incidents or suspicious activities.
- Conduct thorough security inspections of buildings and access points to enforce security protocols.
- Engage with clients, visitors, and staff by providing assistance and enforcing security policies.
- Immediately report incidents, accidents, or hazards to supervisors or relevant authorities while maintaining detailed documentation.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and security teams during incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of patrol activities and incidents complying with company and regulatory standards.
- Inspect security equipment, vehicles, and emergency supplies regularly and report any deficiencies.
- Perform risk assessments and security audits at client sites, recommending improvements as needed.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
- Possession of a clean driver's abstract and valid Ontario Full G license.
- Minimum age of 25 years (insurance requirement).
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Familiarity with access control and alarm monitoring systems.
- Experience in report writing and CCTV monitoring.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Compensation and Shift Details
- Hourly wage of $21.42
- Scheduled night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
