Role Overview
The Manager of Organizational Learning is a full-time role based in Milwaukee, WI, with hybrid work flexibility including some work-from-home options. This position leads the design, execution, and evaluation of organizational learning initiatives that enhance employee growth, performance, and engagement throughout the health system.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee organizational learning programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage learning initiatives by coordinating team members and subject matter experts effectively.
- Utilize learning management systems and tools to support the delivery and tracking of learning activities.
- Partner with leadership to assess learning needs and develop instructional materials accordingly.
- Measure the impact of learning programs using data and metrics to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain learning standards and advocate for best practices in training and development.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing learning management systems and organizational learning programs.
- Strong background in training design, delivery, and evaluation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in instructional design and experience with learning management platforms.
- Leadership competency in project management and team oversight within complex organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related area; advanced degrees or certifications in learning and development preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze learning data and metrics to enhance program effectiveness and respond to evolving organizational needs.
