Role Summary

The Manager Cargo Digital Products is responsible for overseeing the digital product portfolio within cargo operations, including AI-driven automation solutions, product lifecycle management, technical support, and collaborative development of digital strategies. This role demands robust experience in cargo processes, digital product leadership, automation technologies, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the cargo automation product lineup, integrating AI technologies, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing application support, and delivering training programs.
• Lead digital automation projects, system improvements, testing phases, procurement process management (RFI/RFT), and rollout plans aligned with operational needs.
• Develop and maintain digital roadmaps at short, medium, and long-term intervals together with business and IT stakeholders.
• Supervise system support functions, user acceptance testing, readiness for operations, integration tasks, and deployment across station networks.
• Guide and enhance the performance of teams handling automation, support, and training, promoting continuous process optimization and superior service standards.

Required Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification plus at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in managing cargo digital product portfolios, implementing system solutions, AI integration, agile project execution, and fostering system enhancements.
• Comprehensive understanding of airline cargo software, operational procedures, and business analysis for air freight processes.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, leadership, mentoring capabilities, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Fluent in English with the aptitude to manage multiple competing priorities within a dynamic business environment.
