Key Responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams within post-merger integration (PMI) and finance transformation projects.
• Apply strong expertise in consolidation, closing procedures, and internal control systems.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients' finance leadership and manage routine stakeholder interactions.
• Prepare business cases and monitor synergies related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide coaching and conduct quality reviews for junior team members.
• Maintain awareness of current trends in finance transformation.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 5 to 8 years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, or consulting within a professional services context.
• Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, performance management, and financial analytics.
• Proficiency in leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms.
• Track record managing senior client stakeholders and complex multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and developing personnel.
• Strong commercial insight and involvement in revenue growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA and/or professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are desirable.
