Position Summary
Join Deloitte's Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk and Regulatory (GAA QRR) team as a Services Support Associate II focused on Data Preparation and Reporting. This role involves supporting operational and reporting activities across Talent, Finance, and Operations, including those recently transitioned from onshore teams to the US India service center.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the compilation, validation, organization, and presentation of data for both recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, leadership materials, and updates for stakeholders.
- Manage execution of defined workflows and reporting procedures ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate meetings, monitor action items and decisions, and regularly communicate progress, milestones, and challenges in ongoing workstreams.
- Aggregate and analyze feedback from member firms, produce comprehensive summaries, and identify possibilities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and standardization in frequently recurring activities.
Team Context
The GAA QRR team underwrites Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance operations globally, facilitating quality assurance, compliance, risk management, regulatory adherence, and consistent operations aligned with professional standards. This entry-level analyst position engages both in assurance function support and in overseeing reporting and operational tasks shifted from onshore teams.
Work Details
This role involves equal dedication to assurance-related activities and management of transitioned processes related to Talent, Finance, and Operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and ongoing improvement opportunities in these processes.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Work Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, accounting, or another quantitative discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, audit support, business operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing, validating, analyzing, and reporting data.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, or leadership materials using spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Familiarity with executing operational or reporting processes according to documented workflows and deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working with Tableau or PowerApps platforms.
- Exposure to Talent, Finance, or Operations process support.
- Ability to prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials tailored to leadership or stakeholders.
- Comfort with collaborating across multiple time zones with global teams.
