About the Role

We invite motivated individuals seeking to grow their careers to join us as Management Trainees at various franchise sites across Canada. This role provides hands-on exposure to numerous facets of managing small to mid-sized businesses including project design, permit documentation, material estimation, project coordination, sales, custom build projects, and customer interaction.

Typically, these positions are full-time and seasonal with the possibility of transitioning into permanent, year-round employment.

Qualifications

Requirements may differ depending on location; however, candidates passionate about construction and business will find this opportunity rewarding. Ideal applicants should excel in multitasking within deadline-driven environments, be self-motivated, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams.

Education and Experience

Currently enrolled in or a graduate of programs such as Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Business, or Commerce
Possession of BCIN designation advantageous
Experience with AutoCad and SketchUp software
Competency in Microsoft Office applications
G2 or G level driver's license with access to personal transportation

Compensation and Benefits

Remuneration is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's educational background, experience, and qualifications. Pay rates range from minimum wage up to 30 dollars per hour. Additional compensation elements may include performance bonuses, access to company vehicles, and benefits packages.
