Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily syncing and planning meetings for client teams remotely.
Document clear and concise notes with assigned action items to responsible individuals.
Keep digital task boards updated to represent work progress accurately.
Detect and report any blockers or delayed priorities to project leadership.
Ensure meetings adhere to time constraints and agendas to respect participants' time.
Prepare weekly summaries focused on factual progress without unnecessary detail.
Shield the team from interruptions by enforcing defined workflows.
Monitor team habits and recommend small, effective improvements in information sharing.
