Job Details

• Part-time or Full-time positions available
• $15 hourly wage
• Weekly payments

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all floor surfaces clean using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming techniques
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment carefully to avoid damage to floors and other surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal including use of compactors when necessary
• Clean windows, glass dividers, and mirrors with suitable cleaning agents and tools
• Spot clean carpets and assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction and shampooing
• Replenish supplies of paper goods and sanitary products
• Adhere to an established cleaning schedule
• Occasionally operate heavy-duty cleaning tools like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform other tasks as assigned in line with client requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of experience in janitorial work
• Readiness to receive on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial standards and commercial cleaning procedures
• Skills in floor care including waxing and buffing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
