Instructional Designer, Training Curriculum

About the Role

This role requires designing and creating engaging learning experiences including eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training targeting technical, compliance, systems, or soft skill subjects. You will work with cross-functional teams to define learning objectives, organize course structures, and develop learning content and assessments based on detailed task analysis for specific audiences and processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create instructional solutions for varied training formats following instructional design best practices and company standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout development to analyze tasks, review content, and validate training materials.
• Develop storyboards, eLearning modules, guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, and performance aids using templates and guidelines.
• Design instructional visuals and write clear scripts for instructional text, audio, or video suited to the audience.
• Manage assigned tasks and deadlines independently while communicating any challenges or risks proactively.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience designing and developing eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficient with Articulate Rise, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent development projects effectively.
