Job description
Position Overview
Virtual Technologies and Financial Services, located in Indore, is seeking a diligent and proactive HR Executive specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role involves comprehensive recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing offer negotiations with a target-driven focus. Candidates experienced in financial sectors like Stock Market Advisory, Trading, and Fintech will be preferred.
Key Duties
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle covering candidate sourcing, resume assessment, interview coordination, and offer processing.
- Recruit for diverse roles including Sales Executives, Pre-Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, Stock Market Advisors, and Research positions.
- Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and additional channels to build and sustain a rich pipeline of candidates.
- Align with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and secure timely hires.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Simultaneously handle multiple recruitment projects while meeting hiring goals.
- Maintain detailed recruitment documentation including reports, candidate databases, and joining records.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience ranging from six months up to one year in recruitment roles.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for effective candidate engagement.
- Capability to multitask and adhere to strict hiring deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- A positive, target-oriented mindset.
Industry Experience Preference
- Background in Stock Market Advisory, Stock Broking, Financial Services, Trading or Research, and Fintech sectors preferred.
Educational Background
Graduates are encouraged to apply; an MBA in HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
