Job Overview
The HR Administrator supports various transactional and administrative functions within the Human Resources department, including Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits), Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HR processes such as onboarding new employees, handling status changes, processing pay actions, and managing terminations.
- Process disability leave applications and maintain employee records both in hardcopy and electronic formats.
- Lead new employee orientation sessions and initiate procedures for granting system access.
- Collaborate with external vendors and benefits providers as required.
- Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies, benefits, and personal employment information.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience executing data-driven HR transactions efficiently in fast-paced settings.
- Solid foundational understanding of human resource concepts including policy management, employee benefits, and disability leave processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Critical thinking capabilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now HR management system.
