Home Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking motivated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Nuneaton, England. This position is ideal for individuals who value independence, enjoy being active, and like engaging with customers while being the public face of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure van loading follows safety guidelines, including handling heavy lifting and proper manual handling techniques.
• Maintain adherence to safe and responsible driving practices at all times.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before commencing delivery rounds.
• Deliver groceries ensuring products arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide outstanding and friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Assist in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently, managing tasks and time effectively.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns that may run between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive and friendly attitude, committed to delivering excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong road safety awareness and practices.
