About Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation
Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is dedicated to producing top-quality medicinal cannabis that positively impacts lives. Role Summary
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work both independently and cooperatively, adhering strictly to compliance and accuracy standards. This role requires proficiency in point-of-sale systems and electronic communication. As a key representative of Texas Original, the Dispensary Associate will provide outstanding customer service and serve as the initial contact for many of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide personalized recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Address patient concerns and complaints proactively and professionally, aiming to retain patients while escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain strict inventory control to prevent loss by following all relevant state and company protocols and vendor procedures.
- Master point-of-sale operations including patient profile management and transaction processing while delivering exemplary customer service.
- Strive to achieve the highest standards of customer service by building and nurturing patient relationships.
- Collect feedback from patients and communicate questions or concerns to the relevant departments.
- Educate prospective patients about the Compassionate Use Program and how to become a Texas Original member.
- Comply daily with all dispensary policies, including adherence to state/local regulations, security and access protocols, inventory tracking, dress codes, work schedules, and HR policies.
- Support a collaborative team environment in line with the company's vision and goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years experience in retail, customer service, or related service industries is required.
- Exhibit professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to obtain State-approved credentials and successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including standing or walking for 8-hour shifts.
