Cart Attendant

Job Overview

The Cart Attendant plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for customers by managing shopping carts throughout the parking area and store entrances. Duties include collecting carts from the parking lot, using equipment to transport carts inside, and ensuring carts are kept clean and sanitized. This role demands a friendly, positive demeanor and the ability to work effectively in all weather conditions.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $28, at least meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
• Additional incentives are granted annually or quarterly based on performance.
• Premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks, with potential to combine multiple premiums.
• Full-time employment with available shifts during mid-shift and closing hours.
