Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Representative to join our team at Stanbridge University in Irvine, CA. This position focuses on engaging prospective students throughout their admissions journey, ensuring they receive a supportive and informative experience that leads to enrollment in healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to student enrollment
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, web, and in-person inquiries
- Establish rapport and understand the educational and career goals of prospective students
- Conduct admissions interviews and provide detailed, accurate information on programs, requirements, and career outcomes
- Guide prospective students through decision-making and enrollment steps
- Assess applicants' backgrounds and goals to recommend suitable programs
- Administer admissions assessments and communicate results, coordinating retakes if necessary
- Ensure all admissions procedures adhere to institutional policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities within CRM systems
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support student onboarding
- Provide feedback to management on admissions trends and potential process enhancements
- Attend university events, meetings, and graduation ceremonies as appropriate
- Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service aligned with university values
Performance Metrics
- Meet or exceed set KPIs including outreach volume, interviews scheduled, follow-ups, and enrollments
- Manage a consistent pipeline of prospective students with precise documentation
- Maintain a high-quality, student-focused admissions experience
- Demonstrate accountability for individual and team enrollment goals
Candidate Profile
- Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality and compliance
- Strong communication skills to quickly build trust and engage meaningfully
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads and priorities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of experience in admissions, higher education, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in goal or performance-based environments preferred
- Familiarity with higher education regulations and compliance is advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in diverse environments
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard office technologies
Compensation and Employment Conditions
- Hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35, based on education, experience, and equity
- Compensation is hourly and backed by defined KPIs, not commission-based
- Employment contingent on background check, verification of credentials, and legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
- A job-related assessment may be part of the interview process
- Physical presence in the office is required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Work occurs in standard office, classroom, lab, or clinical settings
