About the Role

We are seeking passionate and service-driven waiters and waitresses to become part of a prominent casual and upscale dining establishment in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, refined restaurant setting and will be dedicated to providing guests with outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests courteously and professionally.
Introduce menus, clarify dishes, promote daily specials, and recommend beverages.
Accurately record food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.
Serve meals and beverages promptly, adhering to top-tier service standards.
Ensure consistent guest satisfaction, addressing any issues immediately.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of menu items, including ingredients and allergens, as well as beverage options.
Set up tables before service and clean and reset them swiftly after use.
Work closely with kitchen and bar personnel to guarantee timely delivery of orders.
Handle payment transactions efficiently and correctly.
Keep the dining area clean and well-organized.
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth restaurant operations each day.

Candidate Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in casual, upscale, or premium dining environments.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication skills.
Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and a robust work ethic.
Proven ability to perform efficiently under busy and fast-moving conditions.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service best practices.
Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
Experience working in GCC countries is preferred but not mandatory.
