Role Overview

The company seeks a skilled Thumbnail Designer well-versed in the YouTube ecosystem. This creative role focuses on conceptualizing, compositing, and designing compelling thumbnails using advanced photo manipulation and Photoshop expertise. Collaboration and continuous improvement are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise fresh, original thumbnail ideas.
• Create eye-catching, realistic thumbnails through Photoshop and photo editing.
• Remain knowledgeable about current and evolving trends in thumbnail design.
• Work closely with the thumbnail production team to ensure availability of all necessary design assets.
• Collaborate with peers to develop superior designs through idea exchange, asset sharing, and constructive feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Photoshop.
• Expertise in photo manipulation techniques.
• Strong grasp of visual design principles and elements.
• Understanding of graphic and visual trends specific to thumbnails.
• Excellent communication abilities and cooperative team orientation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain schedules effectively.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Discord platforms.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to changing timelines and project deliverables.
• Collaborative working style across various organizational levels.
• Genuine passion for YouTube content ecosystem.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D design or hand-drawing concepts, though not mandatory.
