Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and goal-driven Team Leader to oversee and inspire our sales group. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, the aptitude to energize their team, and a consistent history of meeting sales objectives.

Primary Duties

Guide, supervise, and encourage the sales team to hit daily and monthly targets.
Track performance indicators and deliver continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
Identify new business prospects and sustain robust client engagements.
Lead daily meetings to review sales activities and strategize.
Instruct and support new sales staff members.
Compile sales data into daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Collaborate with management on sales strategy execution.
Address and resolve client and team concerns with professionalism.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maximize team efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2 to 5 years’ experience in sales or business development roles.
Outstanding communication and leadership qualities.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
Competency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
