Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

This is a contract-based remote role offering hourly compensation between $50 and $90. Candidates will commit between 10 to 40 hours weekly. The role involves specialized tasks in Human Resources, particularly focused on evaluating AI outputs within the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic HR scenarios and practical tasks leveraging hands-on experience.
• Develop prompts directed at AI models and prepare exemplary responses as standards.
• Assess and grade AI-generated results for precision and compliance with established HR principles.
• Detect inaccuracies and shortcomings in AI reasoning relating to people management decisions.
• Document clear, structured explanations justifying evaluations of AI outputs.
• Work collaboratively to enhance evaluation criteria and uplift quality in HR content.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Human Resources or People Operations fields.
• Specialized knowledge in HR areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR frameworks and foundational employment law concepts.
• Excellent written communication capable of articulating complex reasoning.
• Meticulous attention to detail with confidence in assessing work quality.
• Preferred but not mandatory: HR certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
