Opportunity Overview

We are expanding our team with experienced strategy professionals at the Manager and Senior Manager levels across the MENA region, particularly in Riyadh. This role involves leading high-stakes strategic consulting engagements for major clients within the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute project goals while maintaining high standards and delivering quality results on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting projects in Financial Services and Private Equity sectors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish project objectives and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon’s standards.
• Engage directly with clients—including global corporations, governments, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds—to tackle complex strategic issues and produce high-impact deliverables.
• Use deep sector knowledge to help clients navigate industry-specific dynamics effectively.
• Manage, mentor, and develop consulting teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure project quality and timely delivery, proactively identifying and managing risks and escalating concerns as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Proven consulting experience with strategic projects focused on Financial Services and Private Equity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market assessments and strategy formulation.
• Adept at leveraging industry trends and data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25-70%).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA from a reputable university or business school with strong academic achievements.
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting within the GCC or broader MENA region.
• Demonstrated expertise in Financial Services sectors including Banking, FinTech, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, and Private Equity.
• Successful track record delivering comprehensive "big picture" strategy engagements such as corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and market entry.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
