- Apply sector knowledge to help clients respond to industry-specific issues and opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships while working closely with C-suite stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting a high-performance culture.
- Monitor project risks, raise concerns when needed, and help maintain quality and timeliness across outputs.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in consulting and a proven record of delivering strategic work across Financial Services and Private Equity. You should be comfortable using data, market insights, and structured analysis to support decision-making and shape strategy.
The role also requires excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, along with the ability to work across diverse client environments in the MENA region.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA from a highly regarded university or business school, with strong academic performance.
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting within GCC and the wider MENA region.
- Hands-on exposure to Financial Services, including Banking, FinTech, Asset and Wealth Management, Insurance, and Private Equity.
- Experience delivering large-scale strategic work such as corporate strategy, growth strategy, and market entry.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel across MENA for roughly 25% to 70% of the time.
