Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Strategy Manager to spearhead strategic planning activities, assess new business prospects, and assist senior leadership in defining the organization's long-term vision. This role involves performing market and competitor analyses, producing strategic recommendations, managing enterprise-wide initiatives, and driving the implementation of critical business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement corporate and unit-level strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform market studies, competitive intelligence gathering, industry evaluations, and analysis of business trends.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and oversee annual business planning processes.
• Develop business cases, growth plans, financial forecasting models, and scenario assessments.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, investments, and market expansions.
• Monitor business performance through operational metrics and key performance indicators.
• Create executive presentations, board reports, and strategic advisories.
• Collaborate closely with executive teams and departments to drive strategic initiatives.
• Support activities related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and transformational projects.
• Evaluate market disruptions, emerging technologies, industry trends, and potential risks.
• Establish strategic frameworks, governance protocols, and performance measurement systems.
• Track the progress of strategy implementation and ensure initiatives achieve measurable business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, management, public policy, or related disciplines.
• Possesses 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, consulting, business transformation, corporate development, or analysis.
• Experienced in creating strategic plans, business cases, and presenting to executive-level audiences.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator with proven facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Skilled in project management and organizational coordination.
• Capability to operate autonomously in a remote working setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or master’s in business, strategy, finance, economics, or related areas.
• Professional certifications like PMP, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalents.
• Experience in management consulting, multinational firms, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, government entities, or tech companies.
• Proficient with business intelligence and strategy tools including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, ESG strategies, corporate governance, AI integration, and performance management.
• Expertise in leading enterprise-level transformation or international market expansion projects.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Arabic, are highly advantageous.
